RETURN POLICY

We trust that you will enjoy every item you have purchased from us. And if not and given the delicate nature of some of our products, we have a 7-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Please get in touch with us and return your product within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.

 

If you received a gift or made a purchase you wish to return, you may return your item to our warehouse in Dubai Motor City, every day from 10am to 7pm. First, please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.com or WhatsApp & Call us on +971 50 256 0676. Alternatively, you may log-in to your Account and select Orders to initiate the return process.

 

Please note that your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached. A proof of purchase is required to process the return, including promotional gift items accompanying your order, if any.

 

Returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards are not accepted; nor items like hand lotion, soap, candles and aroma fragrances, unless the product has been damaged during shipping and retains its original packaging.

 

The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

Items sent back to us without first contacting our Customer Support will not be accepted.

 

Items returned in a damaged or soiled condition will not be accepted and sent back to you.

 

Items returned after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted. 

 

Once your item has been reviewed and you are eligible for a return, we will gladly generate an E-Gift Card of the same amount. Our Gift Cards have a 6-months validity.

 

Your satisfaction is our priority and at HomeGift we provide a smooth return policy to offer you a seamless after-shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our requirements. And as we keep track of our customers, we may decline orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

Currently, we do not offer any exchanges, nor refunds. You are invited to return your product and receive an E-Gift Card of the same value. Please check the Return Policy for more details.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS, WRONG ORDERS AND HANDCRAFTED CREATIONS

We are sorry you encountered a problem with your order! At HomeGift, we take pride in our high-quality products. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as per your order please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.com or call us on +971 50 256 0676 within 24 hours, including a picture or video of the damaged products. Please return your product within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging with tags attached.

Kindly be aware that due to the artisanal nature of our products, variations in size, colour, and production finish may occur. We cannot guarantee an exact replica of factory-made items. What might seem, like a flaw is, in fact, the distinctive characteristic of the handcrafted creation’s uniqueness. In such instances, returns for these items are not accepted.
