How can I redeem my Gift card?

Your Gift Card can be redeemed by entering the unique gift card code during the checkout process on www.homegift.com website. Gift cards can be redeemed partially and the remaining balance stays on the Gift card for future use until the expiry of the card.

Is there an expiry period for my Gift Card?

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase. Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended or exchanged.

How will my Gift Card be presented?

The Gift Card will be shipped by courier straight to your recipient in a HomeGift envelope, beautifully presented within a gift-wrapped box.

Can I get the cash back from my Gift Card?

Unfortunately, cash back is not available for gift card balances. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Can I cancel or exchange my Gift Card order?
