We offer different alternatives depending on your UAE location (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the UAE) and the delivery option you have selected. Your order confirmation sets the beginning of your delivery timeline. While we are dedicated to meeting the estimated timelines outlined in our order confirmation, delivery timelines are approximate. Delays in order delivery may also occur during promotional events, sales and public holidays.
We are planning to offer same day delivery soon. Alternatively, for all orders submitted before 4pm, we offer you to pick them up from Dubai Motor City before 7pm, free of charge.
Nex day delivery service is free for orders above AED500, within the UAE. For orders below AED500, a shipping fee of AED25 will be applied. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick-up your order from Dubai Motor City, before 7pm, free of charge.
If your order has been delivered and some items are missing, or your products are damaged, please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.com or call us on +971 50 256 0676 within 24 hours, and we will do our best to solve this issue.
Once your order dispatch is confirmed, we will not be able to make any amendment to your delivery address anymore.
