1. ACCOUNT

How do I create an account?

To create an account on HomeGift, you just need to enter your name, contact details, and set up a password for your account. Once registered, you will gain access to your complete order history, the option to return or exchange items, and the ability to save products to your Wishlist. Furthermore, you can securely store multiple delivery addresses and your preferred payment methods for seamless transactions. I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

You can manage your password in your “Account” section. If you already have an account with us but cannot remember your password, you can use the “forgotten password” link, where a link to reset your password will be sent to your registered e- mail.

I have problems logging-in. What can I do?

We apologise for any inconvenience experienced during the login process. It could be linked to a network connectivity issue. Alternatively, please make sure you already have an account with HomeGift, and that you are using the same email address and password created when registering your account. However, if you are still experiencing issue signing-in, please contact us and we will be happy to support you.

2. PLACING AN ORDER

How do I place an order?

To place an order, navigate to the product page and select between “Add to bag” or “Buy now”. If you select “Add to bag” this action adds the item to your bag, where you can review your order and item specifics, and choose your packaging. Proceed by clicking “Continue to checkout” and provide the necessary information, the preferred payment method and finalise your order. If you select “Buy now” you will be redirected straight to the checkout, where you will proceed with the billing.

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

Yes, of course! Just remember to select the “gift wrap” option. You can also add a personalised message to your order in the “message” section. Please kindly note that your message will be printed as it is.

What can I do if I forgot to ask for Gift Wrapping?

It is possible to add a gift wrapping if you send your request before your order is processed. In such a case, you can contact our Customer Support at +971 50 256 0676. Alternatively, send us an email at info@homegift.com with your name, order number, the item(s) you would like gift-wrapped, and/or your personalised message, and our team members will do their best to assist you.

What are the accepted payment method?

We accept most of the major card payment methods, such as:

4. GIFT REGISTRY

How do I create a Gift Registry?

Start to select your favourite items and click on the heart icon to add them to your Wishlist. You will then create an account giving you the ability to curate your Wishlist with items you love. You can then share you Gift Registry link with your friends and family.

Can I register for several Gift Registry?

There is no limit to the number of gift registries you can have.

Who can view my Gift Registry?

Those who receive your gift registry link will be able to access it.

How can I share my Gift Registry with others?

To share your gift registry, simply share your link by e-mail, WhatsApp or on your favourite social media, ensuring that only those you have shared the link with can access it.

5. SHIPPING and DELIVERY

We offer different alternatives depending on your UAE location (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the rest of the UAE) and the delivery option you have selected. Please check our Delivery Chart below.
Your Order confirmation sets the beginning of your delivery timeline. While we are dedicated to meeting the estimated timelines outlined in our order confirmation, delivery timelines are approximate. Delays in order delivery may also occur during promotional events, sales, and public holidays.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We are planning to offer same delivery soon. Alternatively, for all orders submitted before 2pm, we offer you to Pick them up from Dubai Motor City, before 7pm, free of charge. Do you charge a shipping fee?

What if I am unable to receive my order at the time of delivery?

If you are not available to receive the order, please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.com or call us on +971 50 256 0676.

What should I do if my order is delayed or unavailable?

We strive to fulfil your orders promptly, but occasionally, due to high order volumes, sales period, or unforeseeable events, delays may occur. In such instances, you will receive an email notification regarding the estimated delay. Should you require assistance or updates on a delayed order, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on info@homegift.com or call us on +971 50 256 0676 to reschedule a booking for your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please note that once you have been notified that your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendment to your delivery address anymore. However, if the new delivery address is within the UAE our Customer Support Team will be happy to update it.

Kindly be advised that if your order is not accepted at the address provided on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we are only delivering in the UAE. However, if we receive an international request, we will do our best to cater to our international customers if possible.

6. RETURN POLICY

We trust that you will enjoy every item you have purchased from us. And if not and given the delicate nature of some of our products, we have a 7-day return policy from the day you receive your item. Please get in touch with us and return your product within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.
If you received a gift or made a purchase you wish to return, you may return your item to our warehouse in Dubai Motor City, from 10am to 7pm. First, please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.com or WhatsApp & Call us on +971 50 256 0676. Alternatively, you may log-in to your Account and select Orders to initiate the return process.
Please note that your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with tags attached. A proof of purchase is required to process the return, including promotional gift items accompanying your order, if any.
Returns on personalised items, sale items or gift cards are not accepted; nor items like hand lotion, soap, candles and aroma fragrances, unless the product has been damaged during shipping and retains its original packaging
The original delivery charges and any other charges, if any, incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first contacting our Customer Support will not be accepted.

Items returned in a damaged or soiled condition will not be accepted and sent back to you.

Items returned after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Once your item has been reviewed and you are eligible for a return, we will gladly generate an E-Gift Card of the same amount. Our Gift Cards have a 6-months validity.
Your satisfaction is our priority and at HomeGift we provide a smooth return policy to offer you a seamless after-shopping experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our requirements. And as we keep track of our customers, we may decline orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.

7. EXCHANGE & REFUND

Currently, we do not offer any exchanges, nor refunds. You are invited to return your product and receive an E-Gift Card of the same value. Please check the Return Policy for more details.

8. DAMAGED ITEMS, WRONG ORDERS and HANDCRAFTED CREATIONS

We are sorry you encountered a problem with your order! At HomeGift, we take pride in our high-quality products. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as per your order please contact our Customer Support at info@homegift.comor call us on +971 50 256 0676 within 24 hours, including a picture or video of the damaged products. Please return your product within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging with tags attached.

9. CANCELLING AN ORDER

How do I cancel an order?

Should you decide to cancel your order prior to receiving it, please reach out to our Customer Support team at info@homegift.com or call +971 50 256 0676. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. For more details, please refer to our Return section below.

10. OFFERS and PROMOTIONS

We run discounts and promotions occasionally. Join our newsletter to receive updates and notifications about sales. Please note that promotions and offers with promotional codes are subject to our terms and condition and are valid for a certain number of days, unless stated otherwise.

Discounts and/or promotional codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to third parties. They cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, offer, sale or promotion, nor for corporate gifts or gift cards. If an item is eligible for a discount or promotion, it will be reflected at checkout.
