How is my Gift Box presented?

Our complimentary packaging selection includes various sizes, and we will pick the most suitable one for your gift or gifts.

For larger orders, and if multiple boxes may be needed, we will provide details on how it will be arranged.

How do I add a message to my order?
To add a personalised message to your gift, select the option “Message” at “View Bag” or at “Check-out”.

How do I choose the delivery options? 
We offer two choices: you can have your gift delivered directly to the recipient, or you can have it sent to you.

How to wrap or gift box large items? 
If some of your items are too large or can not be gift-boxed, do not worry. We will find the most suitable wrapping to keep your recipients happy.

How to Create Your Own
Gift Box?

Explore gifts’categories across our various HomeGift collections. Choose among our ready-made Gift Sets and/or Mix & Match your preferred products. Add your selection to your bag and lastly choose your packaging option.
Add a personal message to the recipient of your gift. Whether it is extending warm birthday wishes or “Just because”, your words will bring an extra-special touch.
Please mention which items you wish to add in your Gift Box at the checkout page, in the “Order Notes” box. NOTE: if you are creating multiple Gift Boxes, please make a separate order for each box.
Once you confirm and complete your order, your Gift Box will be prepared as per your selected items and gift packaging option, ready to be delivered.
