About HomeGift Executive Team

MARK P. SENNOTT, CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO.

Prior to HomeGift Realty Inc., Mr. Sennott was co-founder and CEO of Market Intelligence, Inc., which developed faster and cheaper alternatives to the traditional residential real estate appraisal. The company grew from a startup to nearly $100 million in sales in 2003, becoming one of the largest property evaluation firms in the country by providing appraisals, automated valuation models, and property evaluations via the Internet to many of the nation's top lenders. The company was the first to combine computer-generated estimates of value with property inspections to produce hybrid evaluations, setting the bar for the rest of industry.
